In our West-Island studio you will learn latin dances in a fun and relaxed environment. With or without partner, we offer Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha-Cha and bachata classes. Come and visit our beautiful West-Island dance studio. Reserve a spot today!

Terms and conditions

1. Missed classes are not refundable or replaceable.
2. No audio or videotaping is allowed during class.
3. Half Price for retakes is valid for beginner and Inter 1 classes.
4. Please close your cell phone before class.
5. For insurance reasons no children under 14 are allowed in class (it's break time for you!!!).
6. Refund of remaining classes is valid with a 48h notification.

Classes are given in English and French.

Classes Content

Beginner

• The Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha-Cha-Cha Rhythms;
• Basic, Side, Classic and On the spot salsa steps;
• Left turn and right turn patterns;
• How to lead and be lead;
• Simple partner styling;
• Tips and tricks and much more...

Intermediate 1 and 2 (must have taken at least 10 hours of salsa classes)

• Intermediate salsapartner styling and patterns;
• Intermediate Bachata and Cha Cha Cha patterns;
• Shines (footwork);
• Lift and dips initiation;
• Salsa Styling for men and women;
• How to involve all your body dancing salsa.

Advanced (feels comfortable with the content of the preceding levels)

• Complex partner styling;
• Advanced Shines;
• Multiple spins;
• Lifts and Dips;
• Body isolations;
• Focus on style.

Ladystyling (Must have taken more than 10 hours of Salsa Lessons, no partner needed)

• Arm mouvements and placement, Posture;
• Isolations (shoulders, hips, arms, body waves);
• Practile classy styling with partener;
• Involve all your body to express your salsa;
• Body isolations;

Salsa Mommy Baby (No latin dance experience needed, no partner needed)

• A class for the new mothers! With your child comfortably seated in a baby carrier (a must-have for the class) you will learn Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha-Cha and Bachata.
• The class is low impact and is perfect for all fitness levels.
• Even if you have to left feet you'll be able to dance after your first class!
• Babies in the class are generally between 6 weeks to 12 months.
